From the Scan you upload or scan documents to process them in Holded. If you scan or upload a document without a connection, it is not lost: it is saved as a draft on your phone until coverage returns, with the notice Scan saved as draft.
Check the status of your documents
Open any document in the Scan to see its status. You can filter the list to find what you are looking for faster.
Review a draft before uploading it
Go to Scan.
At the top you will see a notice such as There are 3 files not uploaded. Tap the notice to go to the Files screen. The Upload all button inside the notice starts the upload without leaving the Inbox.
In Files you have the pending drafts and the uploads in progress.
Tap the draft's row to open its detail with the file exactly as it is saved on your phone.
From there you have two options:
Scan file: Initiates the upload and automatic scanning.
Manual capture: Enter the document details manually.
Nothing is sent until you tap "Scan file," so it is safe to open a draft for review. If there is no connection, "Scan file" appears disabled and reads "Offline" instead.
Understand file names while they upload
While a document is uploading, the row shows a label with the date and time instead of the file's technical name:
Scan uploaded on DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm: for camera or scanner.
Image uploaded on DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm: for an image from the gallery.
File uploaded on DD/MM/YYYY HH:mm: for any other file.
If you upload several files at once, the rows are numbered to tell them apart.
Keep in mind that this label is temporary and only shows during the upload. As soon as the list refreshes, the row shows the file's real name, which is the one saved in your account.
The swipe gesture hint
The Inbox rows have actions that appear when you swipe them, such as delete or download. The first time you enter each screen, one row slides slightly on its own and returns to place to show you those actions.
It is only a demonstration: it does not delete anything, even if you tap the screen while it moves, and it shows only once per screen.
