Send, download, edit, duplicate or delete your sales, purchase and manufacturing orders

Send an order by email

A. Send an order (email) from the list of orders

To submit a sell or buy order, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Sales OrdersPurchase Orders or Manufacturing Orders tab.

  2. On the order line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ ).

  3. From the available options, choose Submit.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter the details for the email submission:

    • To: is automatically filled in with the customer's email and contact persons.

    • Show CC/BCC: add emails in public copy or blind copy.

    • Subject and Text: will be filled with the default text that also contains dynamic words . You can modify them to suit your needs.

    • Attachments: The PDF of the order will be attached. If you have the "Include attachments" box enabled in Email Templates (Settings > Account > Email Settings ), those files will be added as well.

    • Template: select one of the templates of text that you want to use for the email.

  5. Hit the Submit button.

After sending, an icon will appear to the right of the corresponding order line:

  • closed gray envelope: informs that the email has been sent.

  • open blue envelope: it means that it has been sent and read by your client.

B. Send an order (email) from the order form

  1. Go to Inventory > Orders, and under Sales Orders or Purchase Orders click on an order of your choice

  2. Press the Send button, top right:

    or, go to the "Emails" area on the right and click Send Email:

  3. Fill in the fields, as shown in the previous section, and press the Send button.


Download an order

A. Download an order from the order list

  1. Select the "Sales Orders", "Purchase Orders" or "Manufacturing Orders" tab.

  2. On the order line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ ).

  3. From the available options, choose "Download".

By choosing "Download", the order will be saved to your computer in PDF format; but you can also select the box to the left of the order line, and click the download icon to choose whether to export the orders in Excel, PDF, or by Items (export Items allows you to export orders broken down by product).


Remember that the filters and dates applied in the order list will also be saved in the download file.

B. Download an order from the order form

  1. Select the Sales OrdersPurchase Orders, or Manufacturing Orders tab.

  2. Click on the desired order to access the file.

  3. Go to the Inventory View at the down-left corner.

  4. In Item List, click the download button, and choose between Excel or PDF.

Also, from Inventory > Orders, you can click on an order to access its file and, using the three dots button ( ⋮ ), select Download so that the order is saved to your device in PDF format.


Edit an order

The Edit option will take you to the order creation panel:

  1. Select the Sales OrdersPurchase Orders or Manufacturing Orders tab.

  2. On the order line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ ).

  3. From the available options, choose Edit.

  4. Apply the necessary changes.

  5. Click Save.


Duplicate an order

The Duplicate option will take you to the sales order creation panel that will include all the information contained in the original document but with a new order number:

  1. Select the Sales OrdersPurchase Orders or Manufacturing Orders tab.

  2. On the order line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ ).

  3. From the available options, choose Duplicate.

  4. Apply the necessary changes.

  5. Click Save.


Delete an order

To delete an order, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Sales OrdersPurchase Orders or Manufacturing Orders tab.

  2. On the order line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ ).

  3. From the available options, choose Remove.

  4. Press Confirm.
