Remittances are documents that are created to settle the sale of any type of merchandise. In Holded, you can upload these documents to the bank and, upon receiving the order, it will be in charge of executing all the collections or payments with the clients or suppliers.
Now, before making a payment, for example, you may have to edit a remittance. To do this:
Go to Treasury > Remittances.
Find the remittance in the list and click on it.
A panel for Edit Remittance will open. In its upper right corner, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) first, and on edit afterwards.
To modify the data, click on the one you want to change. When finished, click Save.
Also, if you want to delete the remittance, click Delete under Edit. To change the status of the remittance, click on the dropdown and choose the option you want.
Remember that in Holded, there are three different states:
Pending: means that the remittance has not yet been uploaded to your online banking.
Processing: means that the remittance has already been uploaded to your online banking.
Completed: means that the remittance has already been collected.
Finally, use the three-dot (⋮) menu whenever you want to edit, delete, duplicate, etc., even once you are working within the remittance file.
