Import your opportunities into the CRM

Centralise all your sales flows.

First of all:

  1. Go to Sales from the navigation bar

  2. Click on Sales funnel

  3. Open the three-dot menu(⋮) in the top right corner

  4. Select Import

  5. Or, alternatively, go to Menu>Import>CRM

Import opportunities

To carry out this process correctly, you have at your disposal a CSV/Excel template that you simply download, fill in and upload again to the platform.

1. Download the import template

  1. Open the import modal as explained above.

  2. Download the CSV/Excel template to view the import format

  3. Open the downloaded document to be able to work on it.

2. Fill in the template

Fill in the fields below. Those that are essential are marked with an asterisk (*).

Name of the opportunity*.

Name the opportunity

Company name

Write the name of the contact

Company VAT number

Add the contact's VAT number or company tax number

Telephone

Enter a contact number

Email

Add the email address

Name of contact person

Include a contact person related to the opportunity

Contact person's email address

Add the email address of the contact person related to the opportunity

Contact person's phone number

Write the telephone number of the contact person related to the opportunity.

Value of the opportunity

Set the value of the opportunity by typing an amount in euros

Currency

Define the currency of the opportunity

Stage

Includes a stage, choosing from those already existing in the system

Closing date

Adds an approximate closing date for the opportunity

Opportunity Probability %

Indicates a percentage of the probability of winning the opportunity.

Notes

Adds a note

New/Won/Lost

Sets the status of the opportunity according to the following values:
New=0 / Won=1 / Lost=2

Custom field

Include up to 3 extra fields

3. Upload template information

  1. From the Sales funnel, go back to the three-dot menu (⋮).

  2. Click on Import

  3. Click the Upload file button

  4. Select the spreadsheet with the completed fields that you have previously saved

  5. Confirm the action
