Delete transactions from the bank statement

After you have synchronised the bank statement or imported it with the template, you may need to delete a specific transaction or even the entire statement in order to import it again.

To delete one or several transactions, you have to:

  1. Access the Banks section from the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Banks button, located below the graphs.

  3. Click on theaccount containing the statement to be deleted.

  4. Click on the Go to Reconciliation button, located in the upper right corner.

  5. Once in the Bank Statement, locate the transaction you want to delete.

  6. Check the appropriate box to review the transaction.

    If you cannot find the transaction, you can use the filters in the drop-down menu or type keywords in the search bar.

  7. Once you have found the transaction, click on the three dots icon (⋮).

  8. And finally, click on Delete.

Finally, if you want to delete the statement completely, you have to access the statement and tick the box to the left of Date. Once there, select all the transactions and click on the trash icon to delete them all.
