Holded allows you to register advances and collections, which will be shown as positive numbers, as well as payments made, which will be shown as negative amounts. This will allow you to view and have control of all your payments and receipts in one place.

To create a payment you have to:

  1. Go to Banks.

  2. Select the Payments and Collections option.

  3. Click on the New payment button.

  4. Select the date.

  5. Include a description of the transaction.

  6. Select a contact.

  7. Add the amount of the advance and assign the bank where you received the payment.

  8. Click on Create.

To create a payment you have to:

  3. Enter a description of the transaction.

  4. Choose a contact.

  5. Assign the corresponding bank and enter the amount in negative.

  6. Click on Create.
