Assign statuses to your production orders, and keep an exhaustive control of the logistics cycle.

Create a manufacturing stage

To create a manufacturing stage in Holded, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Control panel, in the sidebar.

  2. Under "Product Properties", click Manufacturing Stages.

  3. From "Manufacturing Stages", click "New Stage".​

  4. Name your stage (for example, production, quality control, or distribution) and add a brief description, if needed.​

  5. Click "Create".

💎 Activate the Manufacturing paid gem in the Holded Store to use manufacturing stages.


Edit a manufacturing stage

  1. From manufacturing stages, click on the stage you want to modify.

  2. Apply any necessary changes to the name, description, or color.

  3. Click "Save".


Delete a manufacturing step

  1. From manufacturing stages, click on the stage you want to delete.

  2. Select "Delete" and confirm this action.​


Assign manufacturing stages to a manufacturing order

  1. Go to Inventory > Orders, from the navigation bar, and select the "Manufacturing Orders" tab.

  2. In the listing, click on a manufacturing order of your choice.

  3. In the document file, locate the "See more" button, within the "General" section, on the right (you must have previously created the manufacturing stages to be able to use them).​

  4. In the drop-down menu, next to "Stage," select a stage:​

  5. In the list of documents, you will see the selected status (Quality Control) in the "Stage" column.​


☝🏼 Click on the two column button ☷ to activate the "Stage" column in the document list.
