You can customize the appearance of Holded’s Client Portal to reflect your company’s visual identity. This allows you to offer your clients a more professional experience that’s consistent with your brand, reinforcing trust and recognition of your business.
From this section, you can change the portal name, logo, colors, typography, button shape, and the visibility of the documents your clients will see.
Follow these steps to customize the appearance of the Client Portal:
From General Settings, configure the basic elements:
Change the portal name: if you leave this field blank, your account name will be used automatically.
Upload or remove a logo: if you don’t add a new one, the main account logo will be displayed.
In the Appearance section, adjust the visual design of the Client Portal to match your brand:
Font: select the text typography you prefer.
Button shape: choose the level of border rounding (no rounding, XS (4 px), S (8 px), M (12 px), L (16 px), or XL (20 px)).
Theme color: define the main color of the Client Portal.
In Access and visibility, select the types of documents you want to show in the Client Portal.
When you're happy with the result, click Save (top-right corner).
The changes will be applied immediately to all users who access the Client Portal.
