With this functionality you can establish the minimum number of units that activates a stock alarm. In this way, Holded will be able to tell you which products have a quantity below the desired level.

After setting your alarms, you can see the list of products with a low stock level in the stock alarm report.

To set up stock alarms for your products, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Products, from the navigation bar.

  2. In the list, click on the product for which you want to set the alarm.

  3. Click "Assign stock alarm":

  4. Enter the minimum number of units that you want to be used as a reference to activate the stock alarm. For products with batches, you can assign several values, one for each batch.

  5. Press "Confirm".

Alarm notification

When you access the product list, you will see a "!Stock" symbol, in red, next to those products that are in danger of being out of stock.

Modify or deactivate alarms

If you want to modify a stock alarm or disable it, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Products, from the navigation bar.

  2. In the list, click on the product for which you want to set the alarm.

  3. From "Stock Alarm", access the three-dot (⋮) menu.

  4. Click "+ Stock Alarm +" to modify the value, or "Disable" to turn it off.

  5. Confirm the action.

💎 Enjoy stock alarms and other advanced features by activating the Inventory gem in the Holded Store.
