Create a product with variants

To create a product with variants, follow these steps:

Go to Inventory > Products in the navigation bar.
Click the "New Product" button in the upper right corner.
Enter basic product information, including a name and description.
Include information related to sales, purchasing and manufacturing, tracking, and stock management.
Under "Options", check the "Add variants" box.

☝🏼 You can use the dropdown to work with existing variant groups
In "Variants", write the SKU of the first variant, its sales price, its purchase price, its average cost, and its quantity.
Add or delete variants using the "New Variant" and "Trash" buttons:
Manage the RRP of your variants through the "Sale Prices" button; save changes by clicking "Update".
Finish completing the information related to accounting and categorization, and upload, if you wish, an image.
Press the "Save" button.

Create a product with an existing variant group

Create a product with variants, following steps 1 to 4.
Under "Options", check the "Add variants" box.
Use the dropdown to select a previously created group of variants (this will directly add option sets to the variant creation panel, in our case, Size, Length, Color and Fit).
Under 'Variants', click "New Variant" to add as many as you need.
Write the SKU of each variant.
Within each set, use the drop-down menu to choose between the different options created for said group of variants.
Follow the rest of the steps until you complete the information related to accounting and categorization, and upload, if you wish, an image.
Press the "Save" button.

Go to Inventory > Products, and click the product with variants you want to edit.
Locate the "Variants" section in the product sheet, and click "Manage variants".
In the product editor, apply the changes you need:
- Add additional variants using the "Add Variant" button
- Delete variants using the trash button
- Edit the SKU, Barcode, Subtotal, Cost, Purchase Price and Stock fields, or use the drop-down menus, within each set, to choose between the different options:
Click "Save" in the top right.

Go to Inventory > Products, and locate the product with variants you want to remove.
In the product line, click the three-dot (⋮) button.
Select "Delete" and confirm this action.
