Create a product pack

To create a product pack in Holded, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Products in the navigation bar.

  2. In the upper right corner, click "Product Pack", in the drop-down next to 'New Product'.

  3. Enter basic pack information, including a name and description.

  4. Under "Product Pack", click "Search for products" or type in the concept line to select a product or service that you have previously registered.

  5. In the pop-up panel, click on all the products you want to add to the pack (unless you have uploaded an image, products are represented by a box icon, and services by a three-layer icon).

☝🏼 Remember that you will have to have previously created the products that will be part of the pack.

You can use the "Categories" or "Tracking" filters to facilitate your search::

  6. Close the selector to view the products added to the pack.

  7. Add the number of units of each item by entering a value in the "Units" column; or use the Trash icon to remove the product from the pack.

The stock of the product pack will be the same as the minimum stock among the products that contain the Pack. If you need to modify the stock of the pack, you will have to edit the stock of the products that make up the pack.

  8. Complete the rest of your product sheet, as indicated in this article.

  9. Click the "Save" button to save the product.

Your product will be visible in Inventory > Products, using the "Pack" symbol.
