When I log in to the customer portal, I see my company logo, but in the bottom left corner there is a text with the Holded branding(Powered by Holded).

The company logo will appear in the customer portal as long as this logo has been uploaded from the options Settings > General preferences of your Holded account, regardless of the type of plan contracted (Basic, Standard, Advanced and Premium). However, the text with the Holded branding(Powered by Holded) will only disappear from the portal in those accounts with an Advanced or Premium plan.
