Why don't I see all my Amazon orders synchronized in Holded?
The synchronization of Amazon orders to Holded starts when we open the Amazon - Orders page in Holded. If we close or exit this page, the synchronization stops and the pending orders will not be uploaded. To ensure that all orders are synced, it is important to keep this page open until the updates are complete. You can leave it open in a browser tab while you perform other operations in different tabs or windows.
Why is the Amazon - Orders page not displaying my orders?
If when you log in to Amazon - Orders the page keeps loading indefinitely and you are unable to view your orders, this could be due to two possible reasons:
Connection to a marketplace with no orders: if you are connected to a marketplace that has not yet generated orders on Amazon, we recommend that you delete the connection and reconnect in Holded once you receive the first sale.
Expiration of Holded's authorization on Amazon: if Holded's authorization as a developer on Amazon has expired, you need to re-validate Holded as a developer on Amazon. You must always authorize Holded as a developer on Holded, and this authorization must be active and up to date.
Can Amazon contacts be synchronized in Holded?
No, due to Amazon's security policy, it is not possible to sync Amazon contacts on third-party platforms. On invoices, you will see the name “Amazon contact” instead of a specific customer in Holded. However, the invoicing and shipping data will be available in the PDF of each invoice, in the book of issued invoices and in the packing list.
Can I set up different taxes for my sales depending on the country?
Yes, you can configure different taxes for each country of your synchronized marketplace. Go to Menu > Settings > Integrations > Amazon, select the desired country > Taxes included, and assign the corresponding sales tax previously created in Holded in Settings > Invoicing > Taxes.
Can I invoice in Euros if the Amazon order is in a foreign currency?
No, the invoice will reflect the foreign currency of the Amazon order and cannot be changed. However, payment will be made in the currency of the Holded account with the exchange rate applied.
Can I convert an Amazon order first into a shipment and then, the same order, into an Invoice or Sales Ticket?
No, Amazon orders can only be converted once to a document. If you convert an Order to a Delivery Note, you will not be able to convert it later to an Invoice or Sales Ticket. Instead, you must generate the Invoice from the shipment.
What do the colors and dates in the updated column of each of the marketplaces mean?
The colors in the updated column indicate the latest synchronization of Amazon Orders:
Green: last order very recent.
Blue: last order a few hours ago.
Orange: last order a few days ago.
Red: last order more than a week ago.
If you see that your marketplace is red, don't worry, it doesn't mean that there is a connection error. It may be because you have had no new orders in that marketplace or you need to visit the Amazon Orders section to update the import.
Why is the stock of the products not discounted when converting an Amazon order to invoice?
To ensure that stock is discounted correctly, first verify that the Force ordering by SKU checkbox in the marketplace settings is checked. You can find this setting under Settings > Integrations > Amazon, then select the specific marketplace:
Once you have checked this box, make sure that the SKU in the Amazon order matches a SKU registered in Holded. If the SKUs match, the stock will be automatically discounted when issuing the invoice or sales ticket.
