The notification center is the inbox inside the app where every alert is recorded: absence requests to approve, clock-in reminders or card movements. It is independent from your system notifications, so the record stays even if you ignore or dismiss the alert on your phone.
Open the notification center
Open the app and stay on any main screen.
In the top header, to the right of the company name, tap the bell icon.
If there are unread alerts, the bell shows an indicator. The Notifications screen opens.
Review your alerts
Alerts are grouped by date into three sections: Today, This week and Earlier. Anything received the previous day is also tagged as Yesterday.
The sections are automatic and only appear when they have content. They cannot be renamed, reordered or collapsed.
Each row shows the avatar of the person behind the alert, a badge with its status, the alert text and the time. When an alert has no person behind it, such as a clock-in reminder, the type icon appears instead of the avatar.
The badge shows the status of the request:
Pending request or informational alert: the alert type icon.
Approved request: a check.
Rejected request: a cross.
Filter between read and unread
At the top of the Notifications screen, tap Unread or Read.
The list narrows to that group and keeps the date sections.
To see everything again, tap the active filter once more.
Open an alert and mark it as read
Tap the alert row. It is marked as read.
If that alert type has an associated screen, the app takes you straight to it. For example, a card limit reminder opens the affected cards.
If the alert is only informational, it stays in the list already marked as read. Keep in mind that once an alert is read, it cannot be marked as unread again.
Delete notifications
To delete a single alert:
Swipe the row left until the Delete button appears.
Tap Delete and confirm in the dialog.
To empty the whole inbox:
In the header of the Notifications screen, tap Delete all.
Confirm in the dialog.
Keep in mind that deletion is permanent: there is no trash or way to undo it.
Choose which notifications you receive
The notification center shows what arrives. To decide which alerts you receive, go to Profile > Preferences > Push notifications:
Tap your avatar, top right, to open Profile.
Go to Preferences and then to Push notifications.
Use the main switch to turn all notifications on or off, and the switch for each category to fine-tune.
The available categories are:
Absences: absence requests, approvals and rejections.
Time tracking: clock-in and clock-out reminders.
Two-step authentication: verification codes to sign in.
Wallet: new expenses in your Wallet account.
If notifications are turned off at the system level, you will see the Off status and an Enable notifications button that requests your phone's permission. If you denied it before, you will have to enable it from your phone's settings.
