The product page brings together the stock per warehouse, prices, variants and catalogs of each product. You can review it and, depending on your permissions, edit or delete the product.
Open a product's page
Open the Products list, from the More menu or from the shortcuts in Sales and Expenses.
Use the header search, which searches by name and SKU, or scroll down the list.
Tap the product to open Product detail.
In the header, the + button to create a product only appears if you have permission to create them.
How the page is organized
The information is grouped into blocks separated by lines:
Total stock: total stock, virtual stock and stock per warehouse.
Basic information: price, purchase price, cost, SKU, taxes, barcode, factory code, weight, tags and description.
Variants: the product's variants, with a link to See all.
B2B catalog: the catalogs it is published in.
Batches and serial numbers: traceability, if the product uses it.
Point of sale: a switch to show the product in the POS app.
The description is shown trimmed, with See more and See less to expand or collapse it. Blocks without content do not appear.
What you see based on your permissions
The page shows different information depending on your role's permissions:
Without cost permission: you do not see the Purchase price or Cost rows. The rest of the page, including the sale price, yes.
With cost permission: you see Purchase price and Cost.
Without write permission on products: the B2B catalog and Point of sale switches appear disabled. You can view them, but not change them.
Without full access to products: you do not see the three-dot menu in the header, so you cannot edit or delete.
With full access to products: you see the three-dot menu with Edit and Delete.
If you do not see the edit button, check that you have full access to the products module: write permission is not enough.
Edit a product
Open the product's page.
Tap the three-dot icon, in the top right corner.
Choose Edit.
The form opens with the data loaded. Save when you finish.
Delete a product
Open the product's page.
Tap the three-dot icon, in the top right corner.
Choose Delete.
Confirm in the dialog.
Keep in mind that a deleted product cannot be recovered from the app.
