Find out how to edit, duplicate, delete, convert and export your sales documents.

Learn how to carry out the five most basic actions to manage your invoices. These steps are common to all your sales documents: tickets , budgets , proformas and corrective sales.

1. Edit an invoice

  1. From the listing , open the three-dot (⋮) menu to the right of the invoice

  2. Click Edit

  3. Modifies the necessary data

  4. Save changes


2. Duplicate an invoice

  1. From the listing , open the three-dot (⋮) menu to the right of the invoice

  2. Click Duplicate

  3. Make changes if necessary

  4. Save the new invoice

The duplicate invoice will have a new numbering .


3. Delete an invoice

  1. From the listing , open the three-dot (⋮) menu to the right of the invoice

  2. Click Remove

  3. Confirm the action

Deleted documents will be stored in Settings > More > Trash for a maximum of 10-30 days depending on your plan.


4. Converting an invoice to other documents

  1. From the listing, select your invoice and access its detailed view

  2. Click the Convert button

  3. Select the option you need between waybill , sale corrective or


5. Export your list of invoices

  1. Click on the download icon at the top right of your screen

  2. Select the export option that suits you best

If you need to export a single document, open the three-dot (⋮) menu and select Download .
