A contact's panel is the starting point for carrying out all the actions related to your customers and suppliers, as well as being the place where you can consult the data that your relationship generates
Edit or delete contact details
Select the contact from the list
In the side window that opens, open the three-dot menu
Click Edit or Delete
Configure the Customer Portal
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
The details of the Portal are on the left side, just below the contact information
Depending on what you need, you can: set the password to access the Portal, enable the ways of integrated online payment , activate access to the Catalog and view the Portal.
Create sales and purchasing documents
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
Click the + button at the top right and select a purchase or sale document that will be related to the contact
You can also create documents by selecting your contact and, from the pop-up side window, click on the purchase or sales document you need.
Link a person to a company
To keep your database complete, you can add multiple people to the same company profile and vice versa.
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
If you have not yet created the person's profile, click on the + button in the Person section, on the left side. This button also works as a search engine if the profile is already registered.
Fill the data
You can include more than one person when sending your documents, opening the three-point menu , clicking on Edit and checking the box Send copies of messages.
Check product and service reports
To access reports on the products and services bought or sold to a contact, do the following:
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
Reports is located below the Portal section on the left side
Analyze sales and purchase data
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
Information about sales and purchases is located in the central part of the contact panel
From here you can view the general data about the sales and purchases you have had with this contact throughout the year. To see the list of sales and purchases in specific , go to the corresponding tabs:
Add activities
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
The Upcoming Activities area is just above the sales and purchases information. Click New Activity .
Generate and associate opportunities
You need to activate the Sales Funnel Gem in order to perform this action.
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
The Open Opportunities area is just below the sales and purchases information. Click New Opportunity .
Attach files
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
Go to the Files
tab
Click Upload File, select and Confirm
Include notes
Select the contact from the list
Click on the More button to access the contact panel
Go to the Notes
tab
Click Add Note, create your note and click Save
