Learn everything you can do from an employee's profile.

In an employee's profile, apart from a general summary , you will find six tabs where you can consult and modify details about their payroll , contracts , bonuses , absences , time control and documents .

1. Summary

In this tab you will find a summary of the most important things related to the employee's profile, such as the balance of payroll and absences, among other things.

  1. Select your employee from the list

  2. From the pop-up window on the left click the More button

2. Payroll

Create, assign and consult the payroll of your employees.

  3. Go to the Payroll

    tab

  4. Click on the + button top right and select Payroll

Payrolls are posted as Expenses , therefore they can also be posted from Expenses > Payroll > New Payroll .

3. Contracts

Register work contracts with all the necessary information. By default you will have 6 types of contracts available , consult them and add new ones if you need from Settings > Team > Organization .

  1. Select your employee from the list

  2. From the pop-up window on the left click the More

    button

  3. Go to the Contracts

    tab

  4. Click on the + button top right and select Contract

  5. Fill in all the fields and upload a copy of the contract

At the end of a contract, an employee's profile will not be deleted : their status will simply change to ex-employee and they will not be charged more for him. When retrieving a contract, the status will change to active and the employee will be charged again. For both actions:

  1. From the Contracts tab, click the three-dot (⋮) menu top right

  2. Select End Contract

  3. Choose the reason for the layoff, set an end date and leave a comment

  4. Click on Continue

  5. Type the email address of the employee

  6. Confirm the action

4. Bonus

Create, assign and view the extra rewards of your employees.

  1. Select your employee from the list

  2. From the pop-up window on the left click the More

    button

  3. Go to the Bonus

    tab

  4. Click on + Create bonus

  5. Fill in the fields and set the conditions

  6. Click Save

To mark a Bonus as completed do the following:

  1. Select the bonus

  2. Sets the value current

  3. Check the box Completed

  4. Defines the amount to be paid

  5. Confirm the action

5. Absences

Consult, create and delete, if necessary, the absences of your employees. Manage absence policies and types from Settings > Equipment > Absences .

  1. Select your employee from the list

  2. From the pop-up window on the left click the More

    button

  3. Access the Absences

    tab

  4. Click the + button top right and select Absence to create a new

You can add directly absences for workers, which will be approved automatically, although only someone with the role of Administrator or Human Resources will remove .

6. Time control

Consult and approve the time control of your employees.

  1. Select your employee from the list

  2. From the pop-up window on the left click the More

    button

  3. Access the Time Control

    tab

  4. Select time control

  5. , edit or approve the details

In the case where your employees use the Holded app , you will be able to check its location , as long as geolocation is enabled on the device and they are granted the correct permissions to the application.

7. Documents

Check the documents shared with the workers of your company, such as identity documents or proof of absences. You can create and organize new folders from Settings > Team > Employee zone
