Integrating Square with Holded

Square is a payment method that allows your customers to pay their invoices by card from the Customer Portal. By using this payment method, you will receive the payment the next business day securely and quickly.

For this integration with Holded, please note that you must have a Square account. From the Square App Marketplace, you will be able to set up the integration and synchronise your sales in Holded.

Once you have generated your Square account, to integrate Square with Holded, you need to:

  1. Access the Holded Store from the Menu, located in the top right corner.

  2. In the Integrations section, locate Square.

  3. Click on the Activate for free button.

  4. Click on Settings and access the Payment Methods section. Note that you can access this option directly from Settings > Billing > Payment methods.

  5. In the list, locate Square and click Connect.

  6. From the Square registration page, connect your account by entering your credentials.


To deactivate the integration with Square, you need to:

  1. Access the Holded Store from the Menu, located in the top right corner.

  2. In the Integrations section, locate Square.

  3. Click on Deactivate.

Remember that if you deactivate this integration, Square will no longer be a paid option.
