Change the order or list of tasks
If you want to visually prioritize certain tasks within a list, you can change their order by following these steps:
Go to Projects > Projects in the sidebar.
Click to access the corresponding project.
Go to the “Board”, “Kanban board”, or “Backlog” tab within the project:
Drag the tasks within the same list, from top to bottom, or bottom to top, until you achieve the order you want.
Or, move the tasks to the list where you want to include them, within the same project.
☝🏼 Alternatively, within the 'Backlog' tab, you can also right click on the task, and select the option “Send to backlog”, or “Send to To Do”, as appropriate.
