From this section, you will be able to create forums to discuss any topic related to a specific project.
Create a new discussion
First of all, activate the free gem Discussions in the Holded Store. Then follow these steps:
Go to Projects > Projects from the navigation bar.
Select the project in which you want to create the discussion.
Go to the “Discussions” tab.
Click on “New Discussion”.
Add a title and a description.
Click “Create”.
Participate in a discussion
Go to Projects > Projects from the navigation bar.
Select the project in which you want to create a discussion.
From the “Discussions” tab, access the discussion already created.
In the pop-up window, click on the “Add a comment” box to write text and attach files, if necessary.
Click “Save”.
Edit or delete messages in a discussion
Go to Projects > Projects from the navigation bar.
Select the project in which you want to create the discussion.
Go to the “Discussions” tab.
Click on one of the created discussions.
In the pop-up window, locate the message within the discussion.
Under the message, use the “Edit”, “Delete” or “Add emoji” options to perform these actions.
Delete a discussion
Go to Projects > Projects from the navigation bar.
Select the project in which you want to delete the discussion.
Go to the “Discussions” tab.
Click on one of the created discussions.
In the pop-up window, access the three-dot menu (...).
Select the “Delete” option.
☝🏼 You can only delete discussions if you are the administrator or owner of the account.
