What is the Sales report

This is an automated report where all the data about your sales is collected. The difference with the Revenue report is that the Sales report collects only the data related to the merchandise sales ledger accounts ( group 70 ).

You can export each section of the report in Excel or PDF, filter by Tags and choose which is the graphic display that best suits your needs, between the bar and the line. With the star icon you can mark the report as your favorite and see it as soon as you enter the Reports section.

Understand the data

You have the possibility to filter the information you need to consult by date, with a maximum time range of 12 months.

Sales

This is the main category, where all the data related to issued sales invoices are collected. The data shown is broken down according to:

Cost	The information about the cost that you have added in the tab of a product. In the event that there are cost variations, an average will be made between the indicated cost and the amount entered in the purchasing documents posted for that same product
Taxes	The total amount of taxes linked to your sales
Margin	The difference between Sales and Cost
Units	The number of units sold as recorded on sales invoices
Sales	The tax base, that is, the total amount of sales without tax
Total	The sum of Sales and Taxes

Sales per customer

This section collects all the data about your sales classified according to the contacts linked to your issued invoices.

Sales by product

In this section of the report you will find the data on your sales related to all the products added to your issued invoices. The breakdown is organized by the name of the products.

Service Sales

In this category you can consult the data on your sales in reference to all the services added to your issued invoices. The breakdown is ordered by the name of the services.

Sales by Account

This is where the data on your sales is collected, distributed by those ledger accounts of merchandise sales, that is, of the group 70 , which you have assigned to your issued invoices.

Sales by payment method

This section gathers all the data about your sales, organized according to the forms of payments included on your issued invoices.

Sales by city

In this section of the report you will find the data on your sales, related to all the cities registered in the files of the contacts linked to the invoices you have issued.

Sales by country

This is where the data about your sales is collected, referring to all the countries registered in the files of the contacts indicated in your invoices issued.
