What is the problem?
If you can no longer use the card you used to pay for your Holded subscription, you will need to update your payment method to contain the details of a new one that is operational.
The Holded subscription can only be paid by bank card, either credit or debit card.
How to resolve this
You can change your card details by following these steps:
Click on Add and update your card details.
If you have more than one card, choose your default card.
Once you have added a working card, you can proceed to pay the outstanding invoice:
View your outstanding invoice and click on Pay now
