Create a logistics stage or pipeline
To create a logistics stage in Holded, follow these steps:
Go to Inventory > Control panel in the sidebar.
Under "Product Properties", click Logistics Stages.
From "Logistics stages", click on "New stage".
Name your stage (for example, customs, shipped, or delivered) and add a brief description, if you need it.
Click "Create."

Edit a logistics stage
From logistic stages, click on the stage you want to modify.
Apply any necessary changes to the name, description, or color.
Click "Save".
Delete a logistics stage
From logistic stages, click on the stage you want to delete.
Select "Delete" and confirm this action.
Assign logistic stages to an order or delivery note
Go to Inventory > Orders or Inventory > Shipments, from the navigation bar.
In the list, click on a sales order, purchase order, or delivery note of your choice.
In the document file, locate the "See more" button, within the "General" section, on the right (you must have previously created the logistical stages or pipelines to be able to use them).
From the drop-down menu, select a stage:
In the list of documents, you will see the selected state (Customs) in the "Stage" column.
☝🏼 Click on the two column button ☷ to activate the "Stage" column in the document list.
Filter orders or delivery notes by logistical stages
With these steps you will be able to identify all the documents that are in a certain stage or pipeline:
Go to Inventory > Orders or Inventory > Shipments, from the navigation bar.
In the list, click "+ Filter", and select Pipeline:
Choose one of your custom statuses (pending, customs, warehouse, in delivery, etc.).
You can click "Save Segment" to have the custom filter appear by default in the segment list.
Export orders or delivery notes by logistical stages
Follow these steps to view the list of all the documents that are in a certain stage, and obtain a file that contains only those documents:
Filter orders or delivery notes by stage, as indicated in the previous section.
Click on the download icon at the top right of the list.
Choose if you want to export the information in Excel, PDF, or by items:
