Lists

The lists within the projects section in Holded are a way to organize the tasks and subtasks associated with a specific project. These lists allow users to create a hierarchical structure for their projects, dividing them into different categories or stages.

Each list can contain multiple tasks, and tasks can be moved between the different lists based on the progress of the project. Checklists can also be shared with other team members or clients to help track project progress.

My tasks

The section " My Tasks " within Projects is a feature that allows users to view and manage the tasks that have been assigned to them. This section displays a list of tasks assigned to a specific user, along with information such as due date, progress, and owner.

Users can mark tasks complete, add comments, or update information. They can also filter and sort tasks based on different criteria, such as due date or assignee. This allows users to have an overview of their assigned tasks, making it easy to track and manage them.

From My Tasks you also have the option to create new projects and import tasks.

The templates within the projects section in Holded are a tool that allows users to create a predefined structure of tasks and subtasks for a specific project. These templates can be used as a foundation for new projects, helping to save time and effort by avoiding having to create a task structure from scratch for each project. Templates can include task lists, due dates, assigned resources, and other information relevant to the project. Project

A project in Holded is a set of tasks and subtasks associated with a specific goal. Projects in Holded are a tool for planning and tracking the progress of company goals. Each project has a description, start date, and end date, and can contain multiple tasks and subtasks.

Users can assign responsibilities to team members, assign resources, and track project progress. They can also enable collaboration among team members and communication with customers and other stakeholders.

Projects in Holded are organized using templates , lists and tasks . The templates contain lists that organize the phases of the workflow, and each of these lists includes the tasks covered by each phase.

Time stamp

A time stamp is a feature that allows users to note the time spent on a specific project. This is used to keep track of the hours worked on a project and calculate the cost of labor hours.

Some of the things you can do with this section are record time, allocate time to tasks, analyze recorded time data to get a better understanding of project time and costs , and generate time reports to see the time spent on each project or task and the associated costs.

Project tasks in Holded are a tool for planning and tracking the progress of specific projects within the company.

These tasks can include assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines, allocating resources, and tracking project progress. They can also enable collaboration among team members and communication with customers and other stakeholders.

Holded allows you to view all existing tasks and check which list they belong to in each of the different projects. In addition, you can easily check the status in which each of the tasks is, as well as if there are other relevant details such as start and delivery dates, comments, attached files, and to whom they are assigned.
