Analyze the productivity and profitability of each of your projects

Through the reports you can carry out a productivity and profitability analysis of each of your projects in Holded, taking as a reference the tasks, time records and forms assigned to each of them. To access them, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Analytics > Reports , in the navigation bar

  2. Within the Productivity sections, go to the report that interests you:

At the top right of most reports, you'll find options to filter and view specific information, or take specific actions:

  • Search bar : enter the keywords to perform the search

  • Time Selector : Filter by dates or given time ranges

  • Export : export the data in Excel or PDF format

  • Line or bar chart : Displays the chart in linear or bar format

  • Add / Remove Favorite : bookmark this report


New projects report

In this report you can check the number of projects created throughout a year:

  • New projects per month : See this table for a breakdown of the number of new projects created per month.


Profitability report by project

This report Analyze the profitability of each of your projects. With the information from generated budgets, sales, expenses and costs associated with the project, Holded will calculate the profit of each project, both the total figure and the percentage:

  • Filter the information displayed by columns : filter by type of document, date range and total, and view the columns with the information associated with each of your projects : contacts, budgets created, sales documents and assigned expenses, time costs, as well as total amount and profit percentage (with the 'Document type' option). The total per project (with the 'Total' option). In the same way, the amounts differentiated by month of the year (using the 'Range of dates' option).

  • Filter according to project status : through this dropdown you will be able to see all the projects created regardless of the status (All), active (Active), and archived ( Archived).

  • Filter by contact : Use this dropdown to select specific contacts associated with your projects.

  • List of projects : consult the list of created projects.


Report of new tasks and solved tasks

This report allows you to easily view, both globally and for individual projects, the number of tasks that have been created and those that have been resolved over a given period:

  • Projects dropdown : here you will see the number of tasks for the total number of projects, or the figure for certain projects.

  • User dropdown : Filter by users who participate in projects.

  • Status dropdown : Filter by all statuses, tasks completed, duplicated, rejected, or verified.

  • Number of new tasks : Number of new tasks each month, during a given period.

  • Number of tasks solved : Number of tasks solved each month, during a given period.


Report tasks by status

This report allows you to easily visualize, both globally and individually, the number of tasks that are in each phase, as well as how many of them are in each of the different states for the listed projects:

  • Project dropdown : here you will see the number of tasks by status in general, or by specific projects.

  • User dropdown : Filter by users who participate in projects.

  • Drop-down by stages : displays the number of tasks in all phases (All stages), or by specific phases (To do, In progress, Done).

  • Segmentation by status : query from this list the number of tasks by status and over a given period of time.


Report tasks by type

This report in a circular format, it allows analyzing the number of tasks by type, either taking into account all the projects created, or only specific projects:

  • Project dropdown : Use this dropdown to see the number of tasks by type, for all projects in general, or for specific projects.

  • User dropdown : Use this dropdown to filter by users who participate in projects.

  • Dropdown by stages : Use this dropdown to display the number of tasks in all phases (All stages), or by specific phases (To do, In progress , Made).

  • Color Code : See the codes assigned to each type of task to better understand the pie chart.


Entered Hours Report

This report allows you to check the number of hours entered in the projects that have been created for a certain period of time. Both in terms of hours in general, hours per project, or hours per user:

  • Entered Hours View : Displays the chart by entered hours globally.

  • View of hours entered by project : displays the evolution of hours entered differentiated by project.

  • View hours per user : Number of hours entered per user and project.

  • Projects dropdown : Select the project you want to filter by.

  • Drop-down by time / expense : visualizes the evolution by time or expense.

  • Entered Hours : Entered hours over a given period.


Report responses by form

Through this report you can check the number of responses that have been received for each of the forms generated within your projects:

  • Projects dropdown : Select the project you want to filter by.

  • Project List : See the number of responses per project over a given period of time.
