Print labels from the product chart

Holded allows you to print the barcode and create labels for your products:

  1. Go to Inventory > Products, in the sidebar.

  2. Click on a product.

  3. In the product chart, press the three-dot ( ⋮ ) button.

  4. Select "Print barcode."

  5. Provide the following information:

    • Label format: the label layout for the barcode. Except for the CSV format, all other formats will be downloaded in PDF:

    • Barcode Format: The type of barcode related to the supported characters and length between: Code 128 Auto, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A.

    • Text to display 1: the first additional field that will appear on the label between: Name, SKU and Factory Code.

    • Text to display 2: the second additional field that will appear on the label between: Name, SKU, Price and Factory code.

Most label printers use the CSV format to read the information and generate the labels.

    • Product: the product or products whose labels you want to print in bulk (if you are printing from a document, the products will have been added automatically).

    • Quantity: the number of labels to include, for each product, in the download file (if you are printing from a document, the quantities will have been added automatically).

  6. Click "Download PDF" and you will get the download file.
