Can I integrate Prestashop into Holded without activating the Inventory gem?

Yes, it is possible to integrate Prestashop into Holded without activating the Inventory gem. The Inventory gem is only necessary for the synchronisation of Sales Orders and Stock and Warehouse tracking. If you only want to synchronise Invoices, Sales Tickets or product information without considering stock, you do not need to enable this gem.

Can I connect more than one Prestashop shop with a Holded account?

Yes, you can connect multiple Prestashop shops to the same Holded account. To do so, simply follow the same integration process you used for the first shop.

It is important to generate a single API Key and use it for all shops.

Can I synchronise several stores with PrestaShop?

No, it is not possible, as the option to manage multiple stores is not available within PrestaShop's default features.

If I already have an API key created, can I use it to connect a second shop or do I have to create another one?

Yes, with one API key you can connect as many shops as you want. In fact, if you have more than one created, you must always use the first one in the list so that the synchronisation between the platforms works properly.

Why can't I update the Holded plugin in Prestashop?

The Holded plugin is not available in the Prestashop application directory, which prevents it from being updated directly. To access the new version, please follow these steps:

  1. Deactivate and delete the current plugin in your Prestashop shop.

  2. Download the latest version of the plugin from Holded in the integrations configuration section.

  3. Install the new plugin in Prestashop using the API Key.

For detailed instructions, please refer to the article PrestaShop: how to integrate with Holded.

What versions of PHP and PrestaShop are compatible with the Holded plugin?

Our latest plugin (Version 3.4.2) is compatible with PHP from version 7.4 onwards and PrestaShop from version 1.7.8 onwards. It is not compatible with PHP 7.1 and 7.2, as PrestaShop stopped supporting PHP 7.2 at the end of 2020.

It is recommended to update to the latest versions to take advantage of improvements and bug fixes. If the update is not possible, you can contact Holded support to obtain the old plugin compatible with those versions.
