Is it possible to integrate WooCommerce without enabling the Inventory gem?

Yes, if you want to integrate a WooCommerce shop you can do so without having the Inventory gem enabled. However, whether or not to enable the gem depends on the items you want to sync:

  • The Inventory gem is required for:

    • Sales Order synchronisation.

    • Stock and Warehouse synchronisation.

  • The Inventory gem is not necessary for:

    • Synchronisation of Invoices or Sales Tickets.

    • Synchronisation of products only (without considering the stock).

Can I connect more than one WooCommerce shop with a Holded account?

Yes, it is possible to have multiple WooCommerce shops on a single Holded account. To add them, simply follow the same integration process you did with the first shop, keeping in mind that you only need to generate one API key and use it for all the shops. If you have more than one key generated, make sure you always use the first key you created.

If I already have an API key created, can I use it to connect a second shop or do I have to create another one?

Yes, with one API key you can connect as many shops as you want. In fact, if you have more than one created, you must always use the first one in the list so that the synchronisation between the platforms works properly.
