Who is Holded for?
Holded is management software that is designed to help small and medium-sized businesses easily manage sales, finance, operations and human resources. But anyone who wants to optimize the management of their business can use Holded.
Can I try it without paying?
You can try Holded completely free and with no obligation for 14 days. Once the trial period is over, you must choose one of our plans.
Will I learn Holded easily?
We've designed Holded to make getting started as simple as possible, from the very basic to the very advanced. In addition, you have our Academy , where you will find all the help you need you need to become an expert in Holded.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, you just have to go to 'Settings', access the 'System' section and click on 'General' where you will find the 'Delete account' option.
As soon as you cancel your account, your information will be deleted and therefore cannot be recovered. We recommend that you export your data before canceling a subscription.
Can I change my plan at any time?
You can change your Holded plan at any time. Upgrading your plan is very simple: you just have to go to the 'Subscription' section and choose the new one.
If you want to change to a cheaper plan: you must have the number of users and documents that the new plan allows. If not, these numbers will need to be reduced. Remember that you can always talk to our Customer Success team to find a solution.
Can I import my data from another program?
Of course. In fact, at Holded we have worked hard to make importing information as simple as possible. We understand that it is one of the main drawbacks to change ERP. Therefore, we have multiple ways to import information. We are also compatible with several programs. By creating an account, you will see that we help you import everything.
Is the information I enter into Holded confidential?
All the information you enter in Holded is your property and of course it is confidential. Holded complies with European data protection regulations and has all the files registered with the AEPD. In addition, each member of the Holded team with access to the data must sign a confidentiality agreement and access is only used for the purpose of being able to offer adequate support to the user.
Is Holded a cloud-based solution?
Yes, Holded is a cloud-based solution. This allows you to access your data from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Is it possible to download Holded on my computer or is it an online-only platform?
Holded is an online platform, so it is not possible to download the program to your computer. However, the Holded platform is available through any web browser, which allows you to access your data from any device with an Internet connection. It is also available as a mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
