What is the problem?

The data in the sales reports do not match each other.

How to solve it

The reason why the data in your sales reports differ is because some of the accounting accounts are included in some reports and not in others. For example, account 778 (linked to Exceptional Income) is calculated in the income report data and not in the general sales report or sales by account.

See the table below to find out which group of accounting accounts is included in each of the sales reports.
