What is the problem?
If you don't know where the invoices that Holded issues you for your subscription plan are stored, they are available on the platform.
How to solve it
You can consult the invoices issued by Holded directly on the platform by following this path Control menu > Subscription > View invoices.
If it is a corrective invoice, you can find it in the inbox of the email address associated with your Holded account. If you don't remember which email address you provided, check it from this link in your Settings > General preferences, in the Account details field.
