How do I manage products with batches or serial numbers in the PrestaShop integration?

To manage products with batches or sn in the PrestaShop integration, follow the steps outlined in this article.


If I delete a product SKU in Holded, will it also be deleted in PrestaShop?

No, the product integration only works from PrestaShop to Holded and so any changes made to your products in Holded will not automatically show up in PrestaShop.


What kind of products are synchronised?

Currently, it is only possible to synchronise single products and products with variants (we do not synchronise batch, pack or serial number type products).

Please note that synchronisation is done via the SKU code. Make sure that all products have a complete SKU in Prestashop, both simple and variants.

For products with variants, both the main (generic) product and each of its variants must have a SKU; without this information, they cannot be linked in Holded.


Why are the products synchronised, but I still get an error (id) in the shop in Holded?

If, after syncing products, you encounter an error like the one below, it is likely that one or more products have an empty SKU field:


If I delete a product in Holded, will it also be deleted in Prestashop?

No, the same applies if you delete it in Prestashop. You must delete it manually on both platforms.


Is the product cost synchronised from Prestashop?

Yes, Holded synchronises the product cost from Prestashop.
