With Holded Wallet, you can add other team members so they can carry out specific actions, such as making transfers or inviting new people within Holded. From one place, you can check who has access, edit permissions, or remove them when needed.
1. Accessing permission management
Follow these steps to open the management panel:
Go to Banking > Accounts in the sidebar.
Click on your Holded Wallet account.
In the top right corner, click the three dots button (⋮).
Select Manage permissions.
You'll see a list of current members and the permissions assigned to each.
2. Inviting new members
When you create your Wallet account, the only person listed with permissions is the legal representative. Until you invite more members, only that person will be able to operate with the account.
To add more people:
Open the Manage permissions panel (as described above).
Click the New member button.
Select a user who already has access to Banking > Accounts in Holded.
Fill in (or edit) their basic info:
Full name.
Phone number.
Date of birth.
Check the permissions they need:
Make transfers: Allows them to send payments from Wallet.
Manage permissions: Allows them to invite new members and assign permissions, as long as they already have those same permissions.
Click Invite to send the invitation.
☝🏼 You can only invite people who are already users in your Holded account.
3. Accepting a Wallet invitation
When someone invites you to Wallet, you'll see a banner at the top of your Holded account. Click Join now.
Then, follow these steps:
Enter your personal info (name, surname, date of birth, and phone number).
Verify your email address.
Verify your identity by uploading a document that shows your photo.
☝🏼 This verification is important to confirm that the user is who they claim to be. By granting permissions to perform sensitive operations, we ensure traceability and the security of all actions within Wallet.
3.1. What if you don't complete the verification?
A warning will appear at the top of your Holded account.
You can complete the missing info later, but you won’t be able to use Wallet until everything is verified.
3.2. What if there’s an error in the info?
If the info you enter doesn’t match what the inviter added, it will appear in the list as Error. In that case, the best option is to cancel the invitation and send a new one with the correct data.
Once everything is complete, you’ll be able to access Wallet and use the features according to your assigned permissions.
4. Edit Member Permissions
You can update any member’s permissions:
Open the Manage permissions panel.
Click on the member you want to edit.
Adjust their permissions as needed.
Click Save.
5. Removing a Member from Wallet
To revoke someone’s permissions:
Open the Manage permissions panel.
Click the three-dot button (⋮) next to their name.
Select Remove member.
Confirm the action.
That person will immediately lose all permissions and will no longer be able to operate in Wallet.
