Before importing your company's accounts, remember to set the number of digits of the accounting accounts. If you need to review how to do this, please refer to the article Define the number of digits of the accounting accounts.

To import your accounting accounts, you will need to:

  1. Download the template in Excel format from Menu > Import>Accounting accounts.

  2. Complete the import template (see guidelines below).

  3. Rename and save the template in Excel format on your computer.

  4. Upload your template.

Remember that the format of the accounts table will be adjusted to the type of company indicated when registering your company with Holded. And finally, if you want to check that the procedure has been done correctly, go to Accounting>Accounts table and click on + Filter to select the option Show all.

Note that you can download the chart of accounts to your computer whenever you need it from the Export button.

Finally, apply filters depending on what you want to display in the file to be downloaded. If you do not apply any filters, the full version of the chart of accounts will be downloaded.
