Duplicate, archive and delete projects

Holded gives you several options when it comes to organizing the projects you're working on. In this way, you will be able to duplicate projects and take advantage of structures that you have already used previously, as well as archive or delete them to maintain the order you need.

Duplicate a project

To duplicate a project in Holded, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Projects , and click on the project you want to duplicate.

  2. Click on "Settings", and select the "General" option.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) menu, top right.

  4. Select the "Duplicate" option.

  5. Enter the name of the duplicate project.

  6. Select a contact to associate with the new project.

  7. Indicate which project data you want to duplicate using the corresponding selectors.

  8. Click the "Duplicate" button to confirm.


Archive a project

To archive a project to Holded, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Projects , and click on the project you want to archive.

  2. Click on "Settings", and select the "General" option.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) menu.

  4. Select the "Archive" option in the menu.

  5. In the popup window, press the "Confirm" button to execute the action.


Delete a project

To delete a project in Holded, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Projects , and click on the project you want to delete.

  2. Click on "Settings", and select the "General" option.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) menu.

  4. Select the "Delete" option in the menu.

  5. In the popup window, enter the confirmation text in the indicated field.

  6. Click "Delete" to validate the action.
