A work center is the place where the worker develops his trade. As your company has several offices, you will have to select which site an employee belongs to either in the preferences of their profile or from the configuration of the organization.
Create a work center
From Work Centers , click the + New Work Center
button
Fill in all the fields about the address of the center
Click on Create work center
Edit work center data
From Work centers , select the center
Click the Settings icon top right
Modify the details you need
Click Save
Add employees to your workplace
From Work centers , select the center
Click the Add Employees button for workers who already have a profile or New Employee to create a new one
Select the people you want to add
Click Save
Remove employees from your workplace
From Work centers , select the center
Click the three-dot button , right next to the employee's file
Select Remove from Work Center
Confirm the operation
From the three-dot button, you can also see the details of an employee's profile and edit it.
Add holidays to a work center
From Work centers , select the center
Click Import Holidays
Select country and year from the dropdown menu
Confirm the operation
You can also add single days by clicking Add Holidays.
