In the private area My Zone you can manage tasks related to your workday, such as:
Recording your start time, breaks and end time.
Automatically tracking the hours you’ve worked.
Editing your profile and keeping your information up to date.
Viewing and downloading your pay-slips.
Requesting time off (holidays, medical appointments, etc.).
1. Access My Zone
To use My Zone, you need a Holded user account, with the Team User role or another role. To get one, your company’s administrator or HR manager has to:
Invite you to Holded through a link sent to your email.
Link your employee profile to your account.
Once your account is linked, you can access My Zone like this:
Log in to Holded.
Click My Zone in the left sidebar.
2. Navigate My Zone as an employee
My Zone is organized into tabs along the top. They take you straight to:
Home: the clock-in panel and your team’s status.
Absences: request and view time off.
Time tracking: the details of your workdays.
Pay-slips: download your pay-slips.
Documents: your work files.
Organization: the company calendar and directory.
3. Use the clock-in panel
In My Zone, the Home tab has two main sections:
To clock in:
Go to My Zone and click Play to start your workday.
Click Pause during breaks.
Click Stop at the end of your workday.
4. Review and edit time entries
You can review and manage your daily time entries in the Time tracking tab:
Go to My Zone and click the Time tracking tab.
Check that your time entries and indicators are correct. To edit a time entry, click its row and then click Edit time entries.
Make your changes and click Save when you’re done.
5. Request absences
In My Zone you can request time off (holidays, medical appointments, breastfeeding hours, bereavement leave, etc.), check your balance of used and remaining days, and view the annual calendar with national holidays.
To request an absence:
Go to My Zone and click Absences.
Click Request absence in the top-right corner.
Select the type of absence and the number of days. If needed, you can add a message for your supervisor, for example with the reason for the absence or more details.
Click Request.
6. View pay-slips
The Pay-slips tab shows all your pay-slips, organized by year and month. For each period you’ll see the amount, the issue date and the status (for example, whether it’s been paid).
Click a payslip to see its breakdown and download the document once it’s available. If you can’t see a payslip yet, your administrator hasn’t uploaded it for that period.
7. Review documents
The Documents tab holds the files related to you, sorted into folders such as Contracts, Documents, Pay-slips or Absences.
You can browse the files in each folder and use the search bar to find them quickly. If a folder is empty, click Upload file to add new documents, so all your paperwork stays in one place and is easy to find.
8. View your organization
In the Organization tab you can see how your team is structured and plan work in a shared calendar. You can also view employees by team or workplace, filter the information, and see their absences or availability by date.
This view gives you an overview of the organization and helps you coordinate day-to-day work across the company. Whether you can see this section depends on the permissions HR has given you.
9. Review and edit your profile information
Click the Profile button in the top-right corner to see your account information. To change a field, click Edit and save your changes when you’re done.
