💎 The SII is included in the Standard , Advanced and Premium plans. In order to access this functionality, activate the Paid Gem from the Holded Store .

What is SII

The Immediate Supply of Information (SII) is the new system that the Tax Agency has implemented to keep the VAT registration books through its Electronic Office. Through the SII, billing records are sent directly, both in the case of invoices issued and received .

How SII works

The process to activate the SII starts at Holded Store , but it will be the CS team (customer service) who will formalize the activation. Once your request is received, you will be contacted within 24 hours (business days) to confirm registration and proceed to sign the contract.

As soon as the service is available, the Immediate Information Supply (SII) selector will appear activated in the section Compliance . Keep in mind that only the Holded team will be able to enable this option.

Holded allows you to select which users of your account can access the SII options for document management. For this you will have to use the custom roles .

The activation of the SII adds a series of when creating new invoices, tickets or rectifying invoices for both purchases and sales. This information can be completed manually, but you also have automation options to streamline the process.

In addition, you can include information in the profile of your contacts so that some fields are automatically completed according to the preferences indicated.

By approving the invoice, you can send it to the SII directly from Holded as well as check that there are no errors when sending documents .
