Assign or customize management roles and permissions.

💎 To correctly use this functionality you will have to activate the Paid Gem Point of Sale, available at Holded Store , in addition to downloading the Holded POS app for tablets iOS or Android .

Once the gem is activated, you will have to choose how the users of your account will have access both to the app and to the section on the platform. In case you are administrator or owner of an account, you will have full access to all components.

Available roles

POS Supervisor

This role is designed for those users who need to be able to create and manage a store profile with their respective checkouts, make a sale and manage stock and products, as well as consult and modify the list of Contacts.

POS dependent

This role is for those users who only need to make sales in the app and consult the list of products and contacts on the platform.


Customize roles

You can customize the access roles to grant custom permissions. This option will only be available if you have an Advanced or Premium plan.

  1. Click on Manage roles

  2. Click + Create Role

  3. Add a title and description for the role

  4. Go to the Sales

    tab

  5. Enables access to sales and billing through the

    selector

  6. Searches for POS related roles among the list options

  7. Use the selector to its right to enable access
