Choose the template that best suits your way of working

Projects are organized using templates, lists, and tasks. Templates contain lists that organize the phases of the workflow, and each of these lists includes the tasks contemplated in each phase.

Holded provides you with a wide variety of templates, so you can choose the one that best suits your way of working. Moreover, they are specifically designed for each of your company's departments: Marketing, Product, Design, Operations, HR, IT, Engineering, Cross.

To choose a project template, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Projects, and click on “New project”.

  2. Choose one of the available templates:

    • Blank project: design a custom project from scratch.

    • Roadmap: set out the roadmap of your product, and organize over a long period of time all the main tasks to be developed.

    • Objectives: establish and follow up your company's main objectives.

    • Bug tracking: archive, organize and distribute the different bugs of your product.

    • Kanban board: plan your work. Assign tasks to your team members in a visual way.

    • Sprints: manage projects or tasks whose duration in time is finite.

    • HR Plan: plan all HR actions and projects in an organized and simple way.

    • Meetings: organize the notes and conclusions drawn from your meetings.

    • Gantt chart: work directly on a project with the Gantt structure.

    • Brainstorming: generate new ideas or find solutions to existing problems.

    • Revenue and expense tracking: add documents and hours spent on the project.

    • Marketing strategy: manage and record all ideas and tasks needed to carry out a marketing strategy.

    • Business plan: organize all ideas and tasks necessary to carry out a business plan.

    • Customer feedback: archive, manage and analyze customer feedback.

    • Interviews: organize and streamline your interview process.

    • Request for proposal: manage all the documentation required for a request for proposal.

    • Program implementation: plan the multiple tasks and people involved in the implementation of a program.

    • HR Onboarding: manage all employee needs before they arrive at the company on day one.

    • HR Candidates: organize in a clear and orderly manner all your contacts and interviews with potential candidates.
