Learn how to assign managers and discover all the collaborative accounting options available.

Once a collaboration request is accepted, the new client will have to grant you all access permissions to their activities, while you will have to assign one or more managers who will be in charge of following this account through Holded.

Add or remove account managers

In order to access customer data, it is essential that account managers be assigned the role of Account Manager , as long as they are not administrators or owners.

  1. Select the client account

  2. In the Account Managers section, click Add

  3. Select the people you want to assign to the account

  4. Click on Confirm


Manage a client's pending activities

1. Access your client's Holded account

Log into your client's account to find out the general status of their business. Depending on your subscription plan and the roles and permissions you have been granted, you may have full or partial access.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Click Sign in to account at the top right of your screen

2. Manage income and expenses

Manage your client's purchasing and sales documents pending review and approval.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Check how many sales or expense documents are pending review

  3. Access your client's Sales section by clicking on Go to Invoices or Expenses by clicking on the Go to Expenses button

3. Reconcile bank transactions

Check the status of your client's bank accounts or payment gateways and record their payments and receipts.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Check how many reconciliations are pending review

  3. Access your client's Banks section by clicking on Go to Banks

4. Review files in Inbox

Organize and convert the receipts of expenses received by your client into purchasing documents.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Controls how many scans and files are pending review

  3. Access your client's Inbox section by clicking on Go to Inbox

5. Post entries

Access the accounting accounts and review the entries.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Checks the movements are pending posting

  3. Access your client's journal by clicking on Go to Journal

6. Manage new contacts

Check the details of the last contacts created in your client's account.

  1. Select the client account

  2. Check how many new contacts have been created in the last 15 days

  3. Access your client's Contacts section by clicking on Go to Contacts
