Once your collaboration request is accepted, you can establish how your day-to-day activities are managed on the platform. You will have to grant access to your Holded account and, depending on the roles and permissions agreed, the advisory will be able to manage your entire account or just the sections that suit you best.
Grant access to your account
Go to Consultations from the navigation bar or access the Marketplace from the menu in the upper right corner
Open the conversation with the advisory
Click the Grant Access button, top right
Select the role among those you have available in your account
You will be able to choose only one role among those that already exist in your account, either those that are available by default or those that you have customized. Please note that only the Advanced or Premium subscription plans offer custom roles.
Remove access to your account
Open the conversation with the advisory
Click on the Remove access button, top right
Confirm the operation
The advisory will lose access to your account, but the collaboration will still be active.
Terminate a collaboration
Open the conversation with the advisory
Opens the three-dot (⋮) menu , right next to the button used to grant or remove access
Select End Collaboration
