Google Drive: how to integrate it with Holded

Make it easy to store and organize invoices in your external storage.

This integration allows you to export to your Google Drive folders all sales documents (invoices, estimates, proformas and tickets) created in Holded.

Enable Google Drive integration

  1. Opens to the Menu in the upper right corner of the platform

  2. Click Holded Store

  3. In the integrations section, locate Google Drive

  4. Press the button Connect and configure

  5. You will be directed to a new screen, click on Connect with your account

  6. Select the Google account you want to integrate with and grant the necessary permissions

Export sales documents to Google Drive

  1. Access the list of invoices (or from estimates , or from proforms )

  2. Select the document or documents you want to export to Google Drive

  3. At the bottom of your screen will appear a horizontal bar where you can select the option Drive

  4. From the popup window, press Submit

  5. In the warning message click Yes to confirm the submission

The sales document will be sent directly to the Invoices, subfolder inside the Holded folder that has been generated automatically in your workspace in Drive.

Turn off Google Drive integration

If you want to disable the integration, either because you need to link a different Google account or for another reason, follow the steps below.

  1. Opens to the Menu in the upper right corner of the platform

  2. Select the Holded Store and locate Google Drive

  3. In the pop-up window, tap Deactivate

  4. Proceed by clicking Confirm
