Can Shopify be integrated without enabling Inventory?

Yes, but sales orders will not be displayed. To see them, you must enable Inventory.


Can I connect more than one Shopify shop in a Holded account?

Yes, Holded gives you the possibility to integrate different Shopify shops within one Holded account . It is not possible to connect the same Shopify shop to more than one Holded account.

If a user works with Multistores (different Shopify shops connected to a single Holded account) it will be necessary to confirm if their items share the same SKU in the different shops. If this is the case:

  • You will only be able to activate product synchronisation for a single shop (the other shop will need to have product synchronisation deactivated).

  • Stock synchronisation, on the other hand, can be active in both cases.


Is it possible to synchronise Holded with 'Shopify Plus' in the same way as with Shopify?

Yes, the integration works in the same way as with Shopify e-commerce. This Shopify solution is simply a new e-commerce option for brands working with very high volumes of business, but the synchronisation with Holded works in the same way.


Is it possible to synchronise Shopify POS orders in Holded?

Yes, Shopify POS orders are generated in the Shopify order section in the same way as online orders, so these orders sync seamlessly in Holded.

However, in this case it is not possible to differentiate the sales channel, as they belong to the same shop synchronised in Holded, and the sales channel differentiation in Holded will be by Store.
