To access this functionality, activate the Sales Funnel Gem from the Holded Store for free.
Create and stage CRM opportunities, link them to your contacts and activities and share them with your colleagues. Moreover, through the calculation of the probability of your opportunity, you will be able to make a forecast of your possible income, as well as add a percentage of probability of closing depending on the stage you are in.
Create an opportunity
Go to Sales and select Sales funnel
Click on the blue New Opportunity button
Fill in all the fields
Click on Save Opportunity
View the details of an opportunity
Go to Sales Funnel
Select your Opportunity
From the opportunity view that opens on the side of your screen, click on the More button.
In the new window, view all the details of the opportunity, such as notes, associated documents or files, among others.
Edit an opportunity
Go to Sales funnel
Select your Opportunity
From the opportunity view that opens on the side of your screen, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner
Click on Edit
To delete or close an opportunity, follow the same steps and click the corresponding buttons.
