Manage the list of opportunities

Learn how to consult the stages of the CRM according to the three available views.

To access this functionality, activate the Sales Funnel Gem from the Holded Store for free.

You can opt for a more graphical visualisation of your opportunities with the funnel view, manage them through a list or consult a forecast of the expected closing date and its monetary value.

Whichever view you select, when you mark an opportunity as lost, you will be able to leave a comment with the reasons for the loss or select one of the opportunities you have configured. This information will be saved in the opportunity file.

Using the funnel view

To graphically display the stages of your funnels, go to Sales funnel and click on the first icon on the left:

  1. Select the opportunity

  2. Drag and dropit to the stage you need

  1. Select the opportunity

  2. Drag and drop it into the Won, Lost and Delete options in the bar that will appear at the bottom of your screen

  1. Select the opportunity

  2. Drag and drop it into the different Funnel options in the bar that will appear at the bottom of your screen

Use the opportunities list

If you prefer to access your opportunities organised in a list, go to the Sales funnel and click on the middle icon.

  1. Select the opportunity

  2. From the view that opens on the side of your screen, click the three dots in the top right and select Edit

  3. In the pop-up window, click on the new stage.

  4. Click Save

Change an opportunity status from the listing

  1. Select the opportunity

  2. From the opportunity view that opens on the side of your screen, click on the More button

  3. In the new window click on the green button - Won - or the red cross - Lost as appropriate.

Use the forecast view

Go to Sales funnel and click on the third icon from the left, to access a forecast by days, weeks, months or quarters on the expected closing date of the opportunity and its monetary value.
