What is the problem?
The most common reasons for losing access to your Holded account are usually:
forgetting or losing your password
expiry of the trial period
How to solve it
Follow the instructions that describe your situation.
I have forgotten or lost my password
Go to the Home page
Click on You have forgotten your password
Reset your password from the Recover password window. You will need to enter the email address you used to create your Holded account.
My trial period has ended
Click on Choose your plan
Choose between the free plan or one of the paid plans. With a click on the View comparison button we help you identify the subscription plan that suits you best.
