Access Expenses from the navigation bar
Select Inbox
To convert the received files into a new purchase document, you can choose between two options: send it to our smart scanning solution or manually transcribe the data.
How to automatically scan your file
The number of annual automatic scans available varies by plan purchased. By creating an account you will have 5 free scans.
From the Inbox, select New in the top left to display files that have not yet been processed
Click the Scan button next to the file
Once the conversion process is finished, go to Pending Verification
Select the file
Choose the type of document to convert
Check that the data is correct or edit if necessary
Click on Create
Your file is in the status Finished, as well as in the corresponding list of documents.
Manually transcribe the data from your file
From the Inbox, select New in the top left to display files that have not yet been processed
Select the file
In the popup window, click the Manual Capture
button
Select the type of purchase document
Fill the fields with all the data
Choose the type of breakdown you need, activating the option Divide by lines
Click Create
Your file is in the status Finished, as well as in the corresponding list of documents.
