💎 To correctly use this functionality you will have to activate the Paid Gem Point of Sale, available at Holded Store , in addition to downloading the Holded POS app for tablets iOS or Android .

Open the Menu and click Settings
Select POS
Click on Store Preferences
Ledger Accounts Preferences
By default, the system will use the ledger accounts assigned to the chart of accounts of your Holded account. In case you need to modify them, follow the steps below:
Select the ledger accounts to record your sales and refund entries
Click Save top right
Tag Preferences
You can create Tags, or labels, to mark , organize and analyze the documents generated as a result of the sales and reimbursement of your store.
From the Tags section, write the name of each of your tags
Click Save top right
Numbering preferences
Select the numbering format for sales tickets and refunds
Click Save top right
Note that you will first need to set the numbering format from the billing settings .
Add a message to your POS receipts
In case you need to personalize your tickets with messages or specific information, you can configure the footer of your POS receipts and modify it every time you need it.
Write your message
Click on Save
